Mold Remediation
StinkInc offers qualified, professional, and certified mold remediation services. At StinkInc, we guarantee that our mold inspections and remediation work will be done by at least one Certified Mold Remediator, which is not common amongst mold removal companies. Inspection Services
StinkInc offers pre inspection/investigation services along side your standard home inspector, specifically investigating potential odor issues. Sellers of properties will often attempt to avoid disclosing prior odor issues from pets, smoking, water damage, in order to off load the expense on the new, unsuspecting homeowner. Red flags in this area when viewing a home: Prior water damage visible. Open windows during home viewing or inspection. "Fragrance" in the home. Fragrance could consist of perfumes, Glade plug ins, potpourri. Anything other than neutral "scent", should be cause for further questions or inspection. Once you close on the home, it is yours. At StinkInc, we will remove the source of the odor, without fragrances or paints to temporarily cover up the problem for a later date.

Carpet Cleaning Services
StinkInc offers full, truck mounted steam extraction carpet cleaning for pet issues only. We are not carpet cleaners, unless odors are associated with your call (urine, smoke, skunk, mold).

Insurance Work
StinkInc offers complete service for all insurance claims and does work for all the major insurance companies in town. First, establishing coverage for you the homeowner and second being sure everything is done to your satisfaction, rather than simply operating on functions of cost, which can happen with the wrong contractor and insurance company, leaving your home with a long term residual odor issues that is no longer insured.
